Self-indulgent crap. It's so much simpler:
- CQ removed functionality we were used to and it runs poorly; isn't cool enough to justify those things
- New items are too expensive, which comes off as both inept and insulting
- Patch broke a variety of things like implants, skill bonuses, module bonuses, etc.
- New content too far afield of the game's core: spaceship combat. CCP is using its work on WoD to appear to create new content for Eve, though it's just them re-purposing what they were making anyway and it's not really relevant
- Plan for MT content threatens player run economy, specifically in the realm of non-vanity item manufacture
That's the meat of it. Everything else about the "lie" and the "memo" is just emotional grandstanding. Had Incarna been more on target and better executed, no one would've cared what CCP discussed within its halls.

I do believe it. I don't care what they talk about; I care about what they DO. The problem is that they did a bunch of stupid ****.
Every company I've ever worked at has talked about ways to diversify revenue. It's one of the most common things discussed. It might be uncomfortable for you to see people talk about consumer behavior, but it's nothing to get alarmed about and is very normal.
All of that said, they still made a bunch of bad decisions and that's what matters most.

I agree with Svennig, maybe Viibl Triibl really is that naive (or dumb) but the issue here is the lies, and CCP's lack of accountability to their player base. I'll be holding their wallets accountable by not emptying mine for them anymore until this is addressed and FIXED.
Be less of an emo kid.
Sorry to invalidate 95% of the nonsense on the forums right now, but what matters is that they made a bunch of terrible, terrible decisions - not that they explored options on the way there.
